What do we expect from you

You are an important part of the team. Together, you will produce the tastiest baked goods and much more! You will function as an operator where your duties will include:

Replenishing the products;
Constantly improving the production process;
Solving and preventing faults;
Adjusting machines independently;
Adjusting and cleaning the workplace.

The work is carried out in 3-shift operation. In the future, you may be expected to work 5-shifts. In addition, the training and guidance period may take place in a 5-shift roster to ensure that you can perform your work to the best of your ability later on!

What are we looking for

We are looking for someone who really has a proactive attitude, likes to help out their colleagues and has a flexible working attitude. In addition, we are looking for an operator with the following skills:

You are available full-time in 3 shifts, eventually also in 5 shifts;
Experienced knowledge of the English language in word and writing and who is willing to learn the Dutch language;
Experience as (food) operator;
Willing to work independently but also with colleagues;
Plenty of energy and is ready for a new challenge.

What do we offer

You will work in a varied job. This is what you will get:

A gross hourly wage between €20,56 and €28,76 including allowances, depending on your experience;
Travel allowance €0.23 per kilometre (applicable for distances over 10 km);
A good learning and introduction program;
Many opportunities to grow, depending on your performance.
