What do we expect from you

As a Production Employee at Schouten, you’ll play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet quality standards. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, contributing to the success of one of the world’s leading vegetarian food producers.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Packaging products into appropriate trays and boxes.
·       Labeling products with the correct codes and information.
·       Quality control to ensure all products meet our high standards.
·       Ensuring machines run smoothly and troubleshooting minor issues during production.
·       Collaborating with team members to meet production schedules efficiently.

What are we looking for

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
·       Enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to a thriving production environment.
·       Ability to understand and speak English for clear communication.
·       Comfort working in a cold environment as part of the production process.

What do we offer

·       Competitive starting salary of €14.08 per hour (based on 21 years of age), with extra shift premiums.
·       33% shift premium for hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00.
·       Full-time work with options for day shift or 2-shift schedules.

·       Travel allowance (€0.21 per km, starting from 10 km).
