Production Employee | Johma

Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic production team? Johma, the largest salad maker in the Netherlands, is looking for a motivated Production Employee to join their team in Losser!

In this role, you'll be crucial to the production process and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of room for growth and development.

What do we expect from you

As a Production Employee at Johma Twente, your responsibilities will include:
·       Collecting and mixing raw materials
·       Packing delicious salads
·       Preparing pallets for shipment
·       Supporting the production process as needed

You’ll work in 3 shifts, including:
·       Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
·       Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
·       Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What are we looking for

We value enthusiasm and motivation to get the job done. If you’re eager to work and meet the following criteria, you’re on the right track:
·       Full-time availability for 3 shifts
·       Experience in the food industry is a plus
·       Able to work in a cool environment

What do we offer

·       Gross starting salary of €14.92 per hour
·       Pay increase after just 6 months
·       Travel allowance of €0.23 per km or an electric bike to get to work easily
·       Free salads every Thursday
·       The possibility of a permanent contract if you perform well
