What do we expect from you

Of course, there are certain expectations for an operator. It's especially important that you're eager to roll up your sleeves and get to work. Additionally, you should consider the following points:

You can switch tasks quickly and think in terms of solutions
Preferably, you have experience in the food industry
You are proficient in Dutch and/or English
And you are willing to work in a 3-shift schedule

Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required.

What are we looking for

Of course, being a motivated employee, looking to get started is a key part of what you need for this job. Besides that, you should be available for fulltime employment in 2 or 3 shifts. Besides this it's important you meet the following criteria:

Good/proficient in the Dutch or English language both in speech and writing;
A sense of responsibility regarding the quality of your production line;
You are a ''go getter'' and can work both in a team as well as solo.

Any prior experience as an operator is an advantage but not a requirement.

What do we offer

A starting salary of €15.35 per hour, excluding allowances
Additional shift allowances of up to 35%, which can increase your salary to €20.72 per hour
