What do we expect from you

As an operator at Bolletje, you will play a vital role in the production process. Your duties will include:
·       Managing the replenishment of products in the production line.
·       Continuously improving production processes for efficiency and quality.
·       Independently adjusting and troubleshooting machinery to ensure smooth operation.
·       Preventing and resolving faults in the production process.
·       Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of your work area.

What are we looking for

We are seeking a responsible operator who can bring energy and flexibility to the team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
·       Proactive Attitude: A can-do mindset and willingness to help colleagues.
·       Shift Flexibility: Available to work in a 3-shift schedule, with the potential for 5-shift work in the future.
·       Experience: Previous experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry.
·       Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with a willingness to learn Dutch.
·       Team Player: Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
·       Energy and Enthousiasm: Ready to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
